What applies to the current app

The current UniConnect app does not offer an in-app subscription checkout or paid feature purchase. There is therefore no recurring UniConnect charge to cancel through this version.

Unexpected charges

If a charge appears to be from UniConnect, contact support with its date, amount and transaction reference. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time codes. Contact the payment provider promptly if you suspect fraud.

Student-to-student transactions

UniConnect does not process or guarantee private payments arranged between users. Use the seller’s and payment provider’s dispute channels, and report suspected scams in the app.

Future paid features

Any paid feature must explain its price, renewal terms, cancellation method, provider and refund conditions before purchase. This page does not waive any mandatory Nigerian consumer rights.
